Why Epoxy
Epoxy countertops cost a fraction of granite or quartz — and you can get colors and patterns that stone simply can't do.
Marble, metallic swirls, solid gloss — any color, any pattern. No two countertops are the same.
Sealed surface stands up to daily kitchen use. Coffee, wine, grease — wipes clean effortlessly.
No tear-out needed in most cases. We coat directly over laminate, tile, or old countertop surfaces.
The marble and quartz effects fool everyone. Guests will ask where you sourced the stone.
Our Work
Every countertop is custom — no templates, no presets. Here's a sample of what we've created for homeowners across Upstate New York.

What We Cover
The most popular request. Transform outdated laminate or tile into a custom marble or metallic showpiece.
Upgrade a basic vanity top into a spa-style statement piece. Works on single and double vanities.
Bars take abuse — epoxy handles it. Swirl patterns and metallic finishes are especially popular here.
Give your island a completely different look from the surrounding counters — or match it perfectly.
"Had them redo my kitchen countertops and I could not be happier. The marble epoxy looks better than real stone. Everyone who visits asks about it."
"I wanted a unique countertop for my bar area and DC Coatings delivered beyond my expectations. The swirl pattern is one of a kind. Already have neighbors asking for the number."
"Our bathroom vanity was outdated and boring. Chris walked us through the whole process and the result is stunning. Looks like something out of a magazine."
"Competitive pricing and the finished product looks way more expensive than what we paid. Had three other quotes and DC Coatings was the best combo of price and quality."
In most cases, yes. We can apply epoxy directly over laminate, ceramic tile, wood, and most solid surfaces. We assess the condition during the free estimate.
With proper care, epoxy countertops last 10+ years. We use a durable topcoat that resists scratches, heat, and stains.
They handle typical kitchen heat well, but we recommend trivets for very hot pots and pans — the same advice you'd get for quartz or granite.
Most countertop jobs are complete in 1–2 days. The surface needs 24 hours before light use and is fully cured in 72 hours.
